PAYMENT

Solution designed for the management of local currency or municipality euros (up to 5 types), using the more than twenty configuration options available. Ideal for allocating municipal subsidies and/or social aids (via DNI or home code), to create discount coupons, gift cards, preloaded cards and campaigns.

It allows you to generate bank documentation, save purchase tickets and convert real money into virtual money.
It does not include transfer management (which can be done by the municipality itself) or TPV card fees, which are budgeted separately.

LOYALTY

Accumulative and exchangeable bonuses in virtual euros and points. Option to create prize catalogs, draws, and loyalty cards. Multiple tools for users (intranet, corporate website, App). Multiple identification options.

Compatible with municipal services, such as sports facilities and public parking, and interaction with other entities in the municipality.
This solution includes configuration and maintenance, the parameterization of gratification euros, the registration of businesses and customers, draws and campaigns, etc.

COMMUNICATION

Option to send SMS, push notifications and emails. Everything customizable. Intranet notifications can also be sent to establishments from the managing body. Email histories and internal notifications are saved. Data always available in the messaging status.

The solution includes 200 SMS and 10,000 emails for the managing body with its registration.
More SMS and emails can be contracted at very affordable prices. Moneder reports you when these are running out.

Packages of 20.000 emails

Every package of 20,000 messages costs €50. The messages are sent through an external service that increases delivery guarantees and non-classification as spam.

RESERVATIONS

With this solution, through the App, customers can make reservations in every establishment (restaurants, hotels, hairdressers, dentists, etc.) that offers this service. Both establishments and users have access to their respective reservation history. Users can leave comments when booking, which establishments can respond to by confirming or rejecting the reservation.

Menu orders in restaurants can also be made.

MARKETPLACE

Each business can register up to 5,000 products. Includes custom design and parameterization. Up to four payment methods (physical, bank transfer, credit card and Bizum) and two shipping methods (collection in store and via Correos). Three POS payment formulas.

Linkable to other Moneder solutions and to a global Marketplace: Moneder.market.
Moneder (separate budget) can boost the implementation, manage payments and shipments and also promote the Marketplace.

ECOMMERCE

Each business can have an online store, with its image and web domain, where to sell its products independently. These products will be automatically displayed on the business website, the Municipal Marketplace and Moneder.market.

Includes 5,000 products per business, standard design (you can customize it minimally) and Moneder subdomain: trade name.moneder.org (you can also buy your own domain from Moneder, if you wish to).
Link to POS and/or Marketplace. Promotion by Moneder if the establishment so wishes (separate budget). Option to import products massively.
The solution includes the possibility of integrating the existing Ecommerce of the establishments of the managing entity that wish to be part of the municipal Marketplace.

POS (Point of Sale)

Businesses that reach 5,000 products in the Marketplace, Ecommerce or POS (Point of Sale) solutions can purchase an additional package for 5,000 products.

TELEMATIC SUPPORT AND DYNAMIZATION. Number of 50-hour packages

The support and the telematic dynamization can include:

Recruitment of businesses.
Personalized training for the businesses.
Creation of graphic and/or audiovisual material.
Troubleshooting.
New developments or improvements required in Moneder solutions.

With the dynamization, Moneder provides a phone number and a specific email so establishments and users can express their doubts or report incidents. The solution offers different dynamization formulas.

LOCAL ECONOMIC DRIVER. Number of part-time weeks (20 hours)

This option speeds up the recruitment and implementation process, as well as its launch. Moreover, it gives temporary work to a fellow citizen of yours.

A part-time mid-level technician will be hired (with the help of the city council), familiar with the shops in the municipality (with communication skills and knowledge of the internet and the world of commerce).
The technician will be offered a gross salary, for a week and part-time, of: €175; (plus Social security).
This technician will be trained for two hours, by videoconference, and will be sent to visit shops. His work will be under the coordination and supervision of the city council. Moneder will support any incident the technician’s can face. Cost: €425/week part-time (20 hours), we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks.
